I almost gave this place a good review, but the room reeked of sewage and had filthy grout in the shower-eew! I expected a room change after all this, but no such luck. Breakfast was not what you'd hope, definitely lacking variety. Perhaps they should focus more on customer satisfaction than the ambiance, overrated anyway.

The service was great, especially from staff like Ruby who helped me book trips. My room was super comfy and beautifully decorated. Plus, it's just a 10-15 minute walk to great spots like Dong Xuan Market. Highly recommend 😊

The Beautiful Double Room with Bath was spacious and provided a decent level of comfort for relaxation after a long day of exploring. The rooftop terrace had a nice ambience.

The air conditioning in the room was moody, switching off intermittently during a 5-night stay, which could have become a real nuisance if not for some quick adjustments. I ran into issues with an unfulfilled room type request. Receiving a different room than expected is never a fun surprise, especially after a long journey.

The burgers at Highway4 Bat Su are a must-try. They really hit the spot! Plus, the staff are super cute and remember you like family, especially Ruby. The stylish decor and comfy beds.

The air con was a bit moody during our 5-night stay. It switched off a few times, but we fixed it ourselves, and it didn't spoil our fun one bit!

It was just a nice choice for a flash visit in Hanoi with reasonable price. Staff were friendly, and breakfast had decent options despite some initial confusion. Bring earplugs for street noise at night.
